When The Brook Dries Up

What I have learned in my life is that when The Brook dries up and the bread and meat stop coming, it is time to seek The LORD about where to go.

Good Saturday, beloved of God!

I have an important prayer request and issues we need to know by God.

The LORD taught me this principal along time ago.  Do you recall in the Bible when there was a drought and famine in the land?

In this story, God led Elijah to prophesy about the drought and famine. and how, afterwards The LORD led Elijah to The Brook Cherith and God would sustain him there.

“During a time of drought, the word of The LORD directed Elijah to camp by The Brook Cherith where the ravens would bring him bread and meat twice a day and he could drink from The Brook,”   1 Kings 17:4.

I am encouraged by this scripture that The LORD always takes care of His prophets and other prophetic voices and ministers who must speak the truth, regardless of the threats, actions, and rejections that come.

The Prophet came and announced God had to get the people’s attention and to understand why this type of message, because God is very concerned by the overall condition of the people and the land.

The people were following King Ahab and there’s no greater method to get a hold of people and the evil King but to cut off the supply of rain and sustenance.

Well, The LORD took care of Elijah and told him to camp out by The Brook.  The LORD told him to stay there, and the ravens of the air brought him bread and meat, twice a day.

It encourages me that when things get hard, that if I am walking closely with The LORD, HE will sustain me with ALL my needs even if others are not.

God led Elijah away from the people of the land and Elijah communed with The LORD. Therefore, God took care of Elijah.  It was just him and God.

I wanted to post this and see if anyone could relate to my thoughts I’ve had.

I have had various people in the past and recent tell me that when the provincial is far away from Gods Word, we must trust that when we seek God and follow HIM and live under God’s provision.

“Now Elijah the Tishbite, who was among the settlers of Gilead, a said to Ahab, “As surely as The LORD lives — the God of Israel before whom I stand — there will be neither dew nor rain in these years except at my word!”
Then a revelation from The LORD came to Elijah:  “Leave here, turn eastward, and hide yourself by The Brook of Cherith, east of the Jordan and you are to drink from The Brook, and I have commanded the ravens to feed you there.”
So Elijah did what The LORD had told him, and he went and lived by The Brook of Cherith, east of the Jordan.  The ravens would bring him bread and meat in the morning and evening, and he would drink from The Brook.  Sometime later, however, The Brook dried up because there had been no rain in the land.”   1 Kings 17:1-7.

What I have learned in my life is that when The Brook dries up and the bread and meat stop coming, it is time to seek The LORD about where to go.

Whatever is happening in your life, if things are changing dramatically and things are closing or pointing to a new direction, that is what I sense The LORD is trying to get my attention to make an informed decision.

I am feeling this right now for me so could you pray?

I am sensing I will be leaving eventually — but I will remain in this region.

However, right now, I think He is showing me about taking a Spiritual major step for me to go on a podcast or some type of platform to speak, so that I can have free speech to say or have others say what God wants.

For those who know me, and God is showing you things towards me, please let me know in my private message [Facebook Messenger].

I have no idea of what all that means, so I will need someone to help me and teach me how to get established.

I sense this like it was in 1989 when God told me I would go on the internet and that I would have a website and that I would publish HIS Words to the people.  (There is a vision if you are interested about this)

Again, He asked me to do something I had no idea about, but I was willing.  The LORD told me it would be up in a month, and I would know what to do.

God moved on Bill and Marsha Burns, and a lot of prophecy happened, and I worked with their tech there at Faith Tabernacle helped me so much and not only was I up before a month, but I was also up in 7 days and I was taught how to do the basics of creating a website and to write, upload and publish.

It was so amazing, because I was never interested in the internet, and I didn’t know how to start.

I will always thank God for that coming together, it was like a Spiritual collision (that went boom!) that took place between us and it was the beginning of many prophets being raised up in the latter 1980’s.

I am sensing this here too the same kind of thing just a different platform.

Would you pray for me please and if The LORD shows you anything pertinent to this vision let me know?

I will still be writing too as He leads me, he is just saying that I will be live.

I am very intimidated by this.  I would rather not do this, but I will obey the Word of The LORD.

Whoever connects with this will know if it is true for you, and what needs to happen, spiritually, physically and financially to set it up and running.

If you cannot help, please pray for me and the acquisition of the type of equipment I will need.

I need to know what platform; I do not believe I will be on Facebook much longer or will have a limited influence there.

In closing I believe there is a spiritual famine and drought and I believe it is my time to live in a widow’s house and serve The LORD and he will provide all the pieces, resources, and bring everything together.

“The days are coming, declares The LORD GOD, when I will send a famine on the land — not a famine of bread or a thirst for water, but a famine of hearing the words of The LORD.“   Amos 8:11.

The Time to Favor Her Has Come

None of us are without formidable foes in life, but God has given us promises that He, GOD, will never know never, let us go!

“You will arise and have mercy on Zion; For the time to favor her, Yes, the set time, has come.”   Psalm 102:13.

Even through unbearable odds you found that Faith constrains you.

God had given you as a beacon and hope.

“Stop defending yourself and let Me deal with those who curse you, for it is I Whom they are cursing!”

I see a lighthouse on the coast and I see “men” have put tarps over the light on the top, attempting to quench the light.

Then I saw mighty winds blowing against the coastal trees, and all of those who were used to keep us from shining bright have been blown away — and their coverings too!

“The works of man shall not stand nor the quenching of My Light, for My Light is a shining beacon of hope!  Hope deferred makes the heart sick.

Beloved, stop trying to validate yourself and proving your innocence!

Give room and stay out of the situation; through word, deed, plan, scheme, manipulation, control, having doubt and unbelief!

Trust and allow Me to Approve!

I Have Validated you.  I HAVE APPROVED and NOW your Vindication has come.

Allow Me to make things clearly known.  For I will vindicate you even in every realm of Spirit, Soul, and Body — you and all those who see your rising including siblings and family members and all those who despise you will be shocked by what they see!  They will know that I Love you!

Those jealous with hateful words they released against you are recorded in My Presence, yet they have no fear?

Their curses and stanch words are numbered and destructive thoughts to Him Who sits on The Throne!

Yes, they have been weighed in the balance and found wanting!

Yes, I hear it, I hear it all!!

Little do they realize that what they speak comes right back to them!

Happiness and pleasure are temporal and only found in Me!” says The LORD.

“The time to favor her has come, the set time has come!

I AM releasing those I have prepared for this hour!

I AM WARNING YOU!

It’s not wise to speak against or act against My Will on the earth — and especially judge those who carry My Anointing!

For if you are set against Me, your words and acts are written and repeated before Me!

It is wisdom to repent and be chastened for unless you truly repent and turn away from your sin, you will swiftly eat your own words — especially now in this season and will continue.

NO LONGER, CAST YOUR PEARLS BEFORE SWINE!

I have heard every word, “Oh, how they wished you would just go away and die!””

This type of behavior carries a heavy weight of accountability and responsibility.

We reap what we sow.  By our words we are justified and by our words we are condemned.

You have been warned!

“TEKEL: You have been weighed in the balances, and found wanting”   Daniel 5:27.

“For I have looked their way with a mere glance, and had they not been your siblings and family that you actively prayed for, I would have destroyed them at once.

Their ignorance, and foolishness has kept them in tow due to their jealousy of what they don’t understand and cannot know or fathom.

One day they will see and understand; for your prayers have been heard.”

Who is listening to your words?  God hears them all — and by our words we are justified by our words we are condemned.

Beloved, there is no fear in love, for The Fear of The LORD is Wisdom.

Carry these gifts of Wisdom and Favor, for this is your NEW DAY — and the final hour of your NEW BEGINNING!

Discerning Poisoned Cisterns or Deep Wells of Holiness

I have seen and felt a trend that the prophetic has in many instances been taken captive by a spirit of seduction and poisoned from their own ‘cisterns.

I have seen and felt a trend that the prophetic has in many instances been taken captive by a spirit of seduction and poisoned from their own ‘cisterns,’ instead of drawing from deep wells of repentance, prayer, and study of God’s Word AND living Holy lives.

For even the very elect would be deceived if it were possible.

“For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.”  Matthew 24:24.

I have myself listened to very prominent voices who are prophetic.  I heard this man say that they offer a personal prophecy after the service and said, “instead of a reading, come and get your reading here!”

That didn’t sit well with me at all as it seemed like NEW AGE.

I couldn’t believe what I heard and in hundreds of people there and no one said a word about that statement.

Being a credible, valid, prophetic voice, is not measured by accuracy.  We are supposed to judge all things by the fruits of the Spirit.

A person can give an accurate word, but he could be sleeping and having sex with women in the Church, and the whole ministry is under the sin of the leadership.

For whatever is on the leadership will get on the flock.  We must discern and be careful what we allow ourselves to watch and put credibility in.

Scripture says to know those who labor among you.  How can we put trust in circles we do not know?

We listen to words, good Words, but the gift is The LORD. I look for fruit, and to know those that labor among us. And the Spirits of the prophets are subject to the prophets.  (1 Corinthians 14:32)

Although the internet has opened many new ways to function as The Church.  What it lacks is being “seen in person” and “known in person”.

I have been led away from some of the prophetic circles out there.  But yes, Prophetic Words can be wonderful and at times needful.

Those of us who have witnessed a Word at just the right time to confirm something God has spoken understands the amazing value!

In bigger circles we lose the ability to see and know the heart of the prophet or minister.

In these days we need to put our roots down deep into ministry that is beneficial for winning souls, growth in discipleship, and a protected atmosphere where the gifts of the Spirit can operate within a group.

It is important that all can exercise their wings so to speak.  So that we can take the message to our world about Jesus!

As believers in Christ, we must seek and learn to hear The LORD for ourselves.

We learn this through our own study of God’s Word, a consistent prayer life, a life of worship and a connection with those of like heart, mind, and Spirit.

God never intended for prophecy to be the foundation of our relationship.  I know people who go to meetings simply in hope of prophetic words.

Beloved, depending on prophecy or a prophet isn’t the reason we come together.  And furthermore, when we put emphasis on man is not the way to be led, as that is idolatry.

When we look to man and not God we get into big trouble.  Many depend on prophecy, words of knowledge, wisdom, and the prayer group to take the place of our individual responsibility as believers.

We must seek The LORD and depend on him first for everything.  Every leader is responsible to point you to Jesus!

Watching Christian programming or service can be wonderful, but if that is how much you have given to God for the week, you are in a dangerous place.

We are accountable to God first.  When we come together with others, the way to know we are in alignment with The LORD and the group, is when we hear the same thing that is being taught, preached, or prophesied!

God wants us to realize we are one of a number who hears the same thing.

Developing our relationship with The LORD is where it’s at.  Everything we will ever need comes from our relationship and personal time we spend and give to God.

And HE is faithful, for when we come together with others, the messages should be confirming what God has revealed to you! Being in sync with the HOLY SPIRIT is awesome and there is nothing like it!

For out of the mouth of two or three witnesses let it be established! (2 Corinthians 13:1)

My inner circle of trust has gotten very small, and I want to be accountable,

I know it’s protection and I am a fruit-watcher of The Spirit.

I judge by The Fruit of The Spirit — not The Gifts of The Spirit!

May we all take a deeper look at ourselves and judge what we see in us and judge by The Fruit of The Spirit, in the Name of Jesus Christ!

“Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies, Envying, murders, drunkenness, reveling, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God. But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law. And they that are Christ’s have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts. If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit. Let us not be desirous of vain glory, provoking one another, envying one another.”  Galatians 5:19-26.
