Peace-The Fruit of Righteousness

During the past few days the LORD has been showing me some of the conditions of the Church and speaking to me of PEACE and the Fruits of righteousness.  Never, can any of us modify our behaviors enough, to ever please God.

Peace is the fruit of righteousness.  Once we truly understand the righteousness that comes by faith we will abide in peace.  We cannot make ourselves righteous, nor can we make ourselves have peace.

“Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our LORD Jesus Christ,”   Romans 5:1.

We are set apart by the finished work Christ did (He paid in his own body the price of our righteousness) by that final result, HIS righteousness produced the fruit of PEACE;  To those who receive his sacrifice.

Once we understand this, such joy and peace we will know!  The LORD wants PEACE to be our guide.

Do you have peace in your being today?  Because of what the LORD did for us we can now have abiding PEACE, the fruit of Christ’s righteousness.

“Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on thee; because he trusteth in thee,”   Isaiah 26:3.

Self righteousness is what motivates religion, and legalism.  Any activities and behavior modifications we do will never be enough.  God meant it to be that way to prove to us when we finally burn out of doing fleshly works it was designed to prove to us we can never do enough.  We finally come into justification and rest of faith.

Some of us struggle with mixture with the finished work of Christ, and our religious views.  We have fleeting peace and wonder, why?   We do great works we think we do for God, when in fact we are trusting ourselves, in making us right.

That my beloved, is self righteousness.

Religion never refreshes us, it keeps us in bondage and a gnawing feeling of never being good enough for Gods requirements.  We may never say it to someone that way, but when we are alone and think about things, there is no peace and only frustration.

Religion is a task master, it demands that you do more and more, even like the example of the Egyptians telling the Israelites to work making bricks with no straw.

The work of the Cross could never be mastered by religion.  Jesus became the fulfillment and sacrifice of all the law and works demand.

So we see if we have lost our peace, we need to find where we got off base because the FRUIT of righteousness is PEACE.

“And the fruit of righteousness is sown in peace of them that make peace,”  James 3:18.

“And the work of righteousness shall be peace; and the effect of righteousness quietness and assurance for ever,”   Isaiah 32:17.

As I have been studying, I noticed in many of Paul’s letters he wrote to the churches and he gave the same greetings.  For example;

“Grace be to you and peace from God the Father, and from our LORD Jesus Christ,”   Galatians 1:3.

Paul in his letters to the church, always made a point of greeting the church with unmerited favor and PEACE.  The apostle that had been a religious zealot had an encounter on that road to Damascus that forever changed him.  The LORD so changed him he was able to teach the law and now the fulfillment of it in Christ.

Lasting change can never happen in fear based religion, but when God changes your heart he isn’t demanding behavior modifications in self righteousness, but HIS perfect love cast out all fear for fear has torment.  There is NO torment in Love.  Fear and Love cannot exist at the same time.  For those who have received the LORD we became sons of GOD.

God is a good God, he isn’t out to get you!  He is for you and HIS interests is that your heart and mind be transformed by HIS great Love and that you abide in HIS everlasting PEACE.  Even as Apostle Paul changed so dramatically from religion, to a love relationship, so we too, are being transformed from glory to glory by HIS great Love.

As the LORD leads us in PEACE and Grace, there are so many we meet and like Paul’s greeting, let us remember the nature and character of GOD and share with others the love, peace and freedom we enjoy in Christ.  The believer’s need to see it active in us, but more importantly, the world needs to see it active in us!  Amen?

“Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid,”   John 14:27.

My Beloved Weary One’s

I have set up an appointed order….  with anointed orders, set firmly in place.

I have heard the whispering of many.  Many want to denounce legitimate visions!  How can you denounce, what I have blessed?

Your battle is not with flesh and blood beloved.  You must remember, the works of the flesh shall always persecute the working of MY Spirit of Grace.

The idol of jealousy shall not stand in MY midst.  I AM the LORD who is the Dreaded Champion!  I fight for YOU!  All of the persecutors of MY works will stumble and fall.  They will utterly be ashamed and disgraced.

To know MY mind and heart, one must know each situation and circumstance to be accurate in MY timing.

To be led by MY Spirit will give you the edge to know in season with reason, the theme of the hour.  MY beloved weary ones, I see the enemies sly thoughts bombarding your identity to get you to doubt who you are to your very core.  You are not alone in this; many of MY most seasoned saints are suffering the same harassment, seemingly alone, but you are not alone… many are with you.  Take comfort knowing this beloved.

The works of the flesh always persecute the working of the Spirit of Grace.  I AM the LORD who is your Dreaded Champion!  All of your persecutors will stumble and not prevail.  They will utterly be ashamed and disgraced.

MY beloved, know that through it all, I AM with you and never forsake you.  You were just thinking how weak you are.  There is no shame in this, for let the weak say I am strong.

It matters not how weak you feel, because I AM with you and in you.  You accepted My sacrifice for your eternal soul, and there has never been a time when I wasn’t with you.

Even when you felt so alone for such a long time, I was there.  Even in such silence, I have been working a greater measure of grace in your heart.

Beloved you are eternally accepted   It’s not that you got Me….. but beloved, I got you and I GOT THIS.  Be at peace and continue to look up, says the LORD.

Resting and Abiding in the Presence of the Lord

Resting and Abiding in HIS presence is so important for renewal.  It is just as important as in marching forward in a war.

Timings, seasons, activity and rest all have important implications that God knows we need.

Quit striving, fretting and going no where.  Have you not learned yet that the more you strive the more frustrated you get?  When I lead you there won’t be guessing, for MY sheep know My voice….  Religious spirits drive you.  I will lead you.

Learn to become comfortable in whatever state God has you in…. you carry his spirit in you.

Peace be still. Be still and KNOW I AM GOD.

“Times of refreshing come from the presence of the LORD,”   Acts 3:19.

Paul learned and acquired the ability to be content.  Think about Paul sitting in a prison for such a long time.  He had no idea the greatest thrust of his ministry would come from his writings to the church.  He learned to be content as we must acquire and learn to be content in all sorts of situations.  Refinement comes when we have learned to be silent and content.

“Not that I speak in respect of want; for I have learned in whatever state I am in there with to be content,”   Philippians 4:11 KJV.

My Ever Abiding Love

In the course of time, as the tree grew from a young sapling pressing towards the sun, became twisted, turned, reaching forward seemingly growing further and further apart in different directions, yet upwards.

Some of the branches seemed familiar, yet in other ways most seemed so far from the sapling years gone by.

All the years of growth and rings of maturity faded in the course of this drought. Somehow, the branches had to find their identity again.
Somehow, throughout all of the set-backs and pruning processes, nothing seemed familiar anymore. Being stripped of all that was familiar is gone.

Beloved, come again and walk in the garden in the cool of the day, yearn for the roots, so true Zoe life can begin again.

My love within your soul continually calls out to you. Feel the passion of My desire; sense the yearning of My desire towards you. The yearning and deep ache is only satisfied by ME. You have not been alone. Our love affair is eternal My beloved. Come away with Me…..

Like a swing on the branch of a mighty oak, close your eyes my love. Rest in My Passion. Feel the gentle breeze blowing, and listen for ME. In this place you will hope again. I AM still here. Although none stood with you and all forsook you, I was here and I AM still here.

What stories that mighty oak would tell. Scared throughout time by storms and fires, yet the large oak stood alone bearing branches upward as if the tree was a shrine of centuries. A shrine of remembrance. Standing alone it remains.

Names have come and gone. You thought it would always be, yet My greatest masterpiece is in process beloved….. it is You.

There will be those who come and go, and some may stay awhile but when it is all said any done, it is you and ME. Beloved, you are My highest prize, even as that old oak stands by the rivers of water, the roots going very deep that no storm can up root, no drought or fire can destroy, a tree that is rooted and abiding in the Masters Everlasting presence will never be denied.

Hush now and Peace be still, says the Lord, yes peace be still.

“And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper,” Psalms 1:3 KJV.
