Discerning Poisoned Cisterns or Deep Wells of Holiness

I have seen and felt a trend that the prophetic has in many instances been taken captive by a spirit of seduction and poisoned from their own ‘cisterns.

I have seen and felt a trend that the prophetic has in many instances been taken captive by a spirit of seduction and poisoned from their own ‘cisterns,’ instead of drawing from deep wells of repentance, prayer, and study of God’s Word AND living Holy lives.

For even the very elect would be deceived if it were possible.

“For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.”  Matthew 24:24.

I have myself listened to very prominent voices who are prophetic.  I heard this man say that they offer a personal prophecy after the service and said, “instead of a reading, come and get your reading here!”

That didn’t sit well with me at all as it seemed like NEW AGE.

I couldn’t believe what I heard and in hundreds of people there and no one said a word about that statement.

Being a credible, valid, prophetic voice, is not measured by accuracy.  We are supposed to judge all things by the fruits of the Spirit.

A person can give an accurate word, but he could be sleeping and having sex with women in the Church, and the whole ministry is under the sin of the leadership.

For whatever is on the leadership will get on the flock.  We must discern and be careful what we allow ourselves to watch and put credibility in.

Scripture says to know those who labor among you.  How can we put trust in circles we do not know?

We listen to words, good Words, but the gift is The LORD. I look for fruit, and to know those that labor among us. And the Spirits of the prophets are subject to the prophets.  (1 Corinthians 14:32)

Although the internet has opened many new ways to function as The Church.  What it lacks is being “seen in person” and “known in person”.

I have been led away from some of the prophetic circles out there.  But yes, Prophetic Words can be wonderful and at times needful.

Those of us who have witnessed a Word at just the right time to confirm something God has spoken understands the amazing value!

In bigger circles we lose the ability to see and know the heart of the prophet or minister.

In these days we need to put our roots down deep into ministry that is beneficial for winning souls, growth in discipleship, and a protected atmosphere where the gifts of the Spirit can operate within a group.

It is important that all can exercise their wings so to speak.  So that we can take the message to our world about Jesus!

As believers in Christ, we must seek and learn to hear The LORD for ourselves.

We learn this through our own study of God’s Word, a consistent prayer life, a life of worship and a connection with those of like heart, mind, and Spirit.

God never intended for prophecy to be the foundation of our relationship.  I know people who go to meetings simply in hope of prophetic words.

Beloved, depending on prophecy or a prophet isn’t the reason we come together.  And furthermore, when we put emphasis on man is not the way to be led, as that is idolatry.

When we look to man and not God we get into big trouble.  Many depend on prophecy, words of knowledge, wisdom, and the prayer group to take the place of our individual responsibility as believers.

We must seek The LORD and depend on him first for everything.  Every leader is responsible to point you to Jesus!

Watching Christian programming or service can be wonderful, but if that is how much you have given to God for the week, you are in a dangerous place.

We are accountable to God first.  When we come together with others, the way to know we are in alignment with The LORD and the group, is when we hear the same thing that is being taught, preached, or prophesied!

God wants us to realize we are one of a number who hears the same thing.

Developing our relationship with The LORD is where it’s at.  Everything we will ever need comes from our relationship and personal time we spend and give to God.

And HE is faithful, for when we come together with others, the messages should be confirming what God has revealed to you! Being in sync with the HOLY SPIRIT is awesome and there is nothing like it!

For out of the mouth of two or three witnesses let it be established! (2 Corinthians 13:1)

My inner circle of trust has gotten very small, and I want to be accountable,

I know it’s protection and I am a fruit-watcher of The Spirit.

I judge by The Fruit of The Spirit — not The Gifts of The Spirit!

May we all take a deeper look at ourselves and judge what we see in us and judge by The Fruit of The Spirit, in the Name of Jesus Christ!

“Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies, Envying, murders, drunkenness, reveling, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God. But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law. And they that are Christ’s have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts. If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit. Let us not be desirous of vain glory, provoking one another, envying one another.”  Galatians 5:19-26.

Preparing For The Storm!

Invade our hearts God!  Invade our entire soul!  May You guide us and invade us with Your Glory!

pexels-frank-cone-2258536

You know when a Storm approaches, the barometric pressure drops and begins to bottom out so that low pressure is where the Storms form, and every other cloud in the atmosphere finds itself becoming connected to the one big massive Storm.

When the Storm approaches, it comes and you can actually feel the pressure and the reality of what is happening.

You can feel it, but not necessarily see it, because it is much like The Glory of God!

I want MORE God — and I want what I have read in Scripture that happened for He is no respecter of persons.  I want to remain bringing Glory to God!

Yes LORD, let your Shekinah Glory Cloud invade our lives and hearts as we seek your favor and presence!

Invade our hearts God!  Invade our entire soul!  May You guide us and invade us with Your Glory!

For the Glory of The LORD shall be revealed all flesh will see it together for the mouth of The LORD has spoken it!

He brings all flesh to nothing and He is speaking loud and clear in creation and His Works shall stand.

As the Storm clouds form, the clouds circulating around in that Storm are getting pulled in like a tornado spins.

May the Whirlwinds of The LORD pull many into the reality of God’s miraculous creation and His presence, in Jesus’ Name!

When the Glory came into the Temple, the priest could not stand because of the Glory Cloud!

I want that back!  We need this back!  It is weighty and powerful and I have witnessed and seen this in my house!

We must keep our focus on Him, and our attention not on man but on Him.

As I continue my trek God is opening His Treasures and I am with Him in the type of barometric pressure He uses as an illustration that is bringing The Glory down, so the Reign will come!

Send it on down, send it on down LORD!  Let your Holy Ghost come on down!

LORD, we give you glory and honor!  May your Shekinah come as our hearts, minds, spirits become one with You LORD!

I pray to God the Father you are first and I will do my best and you take care of the rest, in Jesus’ Name!

“The trumpeters and singers joined together to praise and thank The LORD with one voice. They lifted up their voices, accompanied by trumpets, cymbals, and musical instruments, in praise to The LORD: “For He is good; His loving devotion endures forever.” And the temple, the house of The LORD, was filled with a cloud so that the priests could not stand there to minister because of the cloud; for the glory of The LORD filled the house of God.”   2 Chronicles 5:13.

The Fork in the Road

The Fork in the Road —vs— Choose This Day Whom You Serve! I am only a part of The Remnant Church, and I am not perfect but this I do; I do my best to be responsible!

Forked road in snow in forest by Oliver Roos

The Fork in the Road — Versus — Choose This Day Whom You Serve!

I am only a part of The Remnant Church, and I am not perfect but this I do; I do my best to be responsible with my own life and I make it my choice to make decisions that would please The LORD.
We have The Bible to guide us, if we will only seek The Author of The Book — The LORD.

No one can blame The Church for his or her actions.  Each person must face The LORD themselves and that is hard for many to do.

Facing ‘US’ requires introspection.  Like soul-searching, self-reflection, self-examination, self-scrutiny, self-questioning, etc..

The Remnant Church is composed of flawed, screwed-up people who are failures but are saved by Grace.

When The Remnant Church falls down they get back up again.

God takes people who are failures, and uses them to bless others.

The Church is not perfect in the here and now.

The Remnant Church are the people who are saved by Grace and they obey The LORD the best they can.

God will honor you as the prodigal when you return, because you have NO idea what The Father thinks of you!

He watches for you in the distance to see His precious son or daughter returning, and at just one glimpse He starts Running towards you!

God will honor his Word to perform it — and His Love never fails!

E — is for Effort.  You can do it!

Begin again today, your New Beginning begins today.

Begin to move towards what your heart yearns for and what you have hoped for!  It’s happening!

It really is happening Beloved!  Come home to the Father for He has much in store for you, and much to show you and bless you.

The comforter wants to hold you and blanket you in His Peace and give you sweet relief…

Yes, you are marked for the Father and He has marked you as His.

All you have to do now is ask Him to forgive you, and you shall have a new beginning to move again!  The heart of the Father yearns for you beloved, come home, come home.

Those that Love The LORD must agree to follow the Bible.  He desires you to have a one on one relationship with The LORD.

God is the only one that can mend a shattered and broken heart.

It isn’t easy to walk on….  But walk on…

I know how hard it is as it’s tough with many tears.  God gives all of us choice and free will.

God will not take back the freedom of Choice and Free will that we have.  However, each of us that are accountable to The LORD must obey HIS Commandments.

There is a fork in the road for many now it is the way that leads to destruction and on the other is the narrow way where few find it.

We must choose.  Choose this day whom you will serve!

God gave everything for our redemption and when he died IT IS FINISHED!

So now everything God has given us is paid in full — and to the sinner and backslider He is as close as your very breath and just like receiving The LORD, He reaches out to you but you have to receive Him.

Come home to The LORD, He knows you and wants you to reach out to Him. In Jesus’ Name!

The Great Cover-up

We all have this in common as believers in Christ — we must learn to communicate with The LORD through prayer

Serving Christ is not popular, not self-seeking, and not self-serving.

We all have this in common as believers in Christ — we must learn to communicate with The LORD through Prayer.  We must learn to be still — and know HE is God!

A very important part of Prayer is listening in total silence.

Getting to know The LORD is the most important part of your day.  We find our place of humility in our Secret Place.

This place is an activity of making ourselves be still and know HE is God.  When we find that close presence and a richness in our walk with The LORD that makes it all worthwhile.

I relish silence, presence, peace, kindness, and love; these are only some of my rewards for each day.

If we are rebellious or don’t want to repent, change, or do what God says.  It is kind of how The LORD sent a message to David then within each message God sends and if we do not heed, HE will have to discipline us for we are His children.

For David to repent, God had to send a prophet to the Kings palace.  Please study 2 Samuel.

Nathan the prophet was in anguish over what David had done for months.

How many times has God tried to reach us?  How long?

David was human — like we are — and a man after the heart of God.

I know God tried to reach David, but David wanted the sin to remain hidden.  For this could not be resolved by a cover up, hiding, and hoping it would have never happened.

Another tangled web was that He loved Bathsheba, and the King sent her husband Uriah the Hittite, (one of David’s mighty men) to the front of the battle so he would die.

Nathan’s message wasn’t flattering words of a riddle.  God had a plan and a method on how to continue to confront the King’s sins of adultery, murder, deceit, and preconceived evil intent, as David willingly tried to hide it all.

Nathan confronted David for what he did and tried to hide.  He even predicted the child would die.

From that time on the King suffered greatly having anguish for his actions and His own consequences in his own family.  Because of these sins, the baby David and Bathsheba bore would die.

Sometimes God will ask us to go to a brother that we offended, even if we perceive no offense!

A lot of times people think we have offense with them when we do not.  We all deal with faulty people like me! It’s best to say it!

It’s alright you’re going to make it.  You are so loved and God has your plan in His hand.

We need to remember people are insecure and we learn to trust HIM.  Even if they did or didn’t offend.

We are in a family, the family of God.  And in God’s best family no one throws out brother, sister cousins and aunts and uncles out!

God loves all of us and wants peace in the house.  We obey because God sees it all.

May we repent, heal, and repair the links of what we have done Knowingly and unknowingly.

It begins by communications to God first so that HIS lines of communication and connections are repaired.

We are all tested by The LORD to see if we are dead to our flesh and to ask for forgiveness or to give forgiveness.

Sometimes that is very difficult, because if we aren’t dead to our flesh, pride will come in.

You have seen it, a nose up at you who cannot forgive.  Pride has a very high price tag and if not dealt with, we will be chained to our pride and our lives to mediocrity.

Yes, being stuck and held captive in the midst of seemingly comfort and peace?

Many churches are this way and have rejected the Word of The LORD and the conviction of the Holy Spirit.

Many have chosen that road and such damage to themselves and others.

God has given us the weapon of HIS WORD. And he has released us but sometimes we linger where we are comfortable.

God does give us R&R as His soldiers and MAKES us lay down by the streams of water, He restores our soul!

All these things are important in our walk with God.  However, remaining in that place can become bondage.

There are some who have adapted to their shackles, chains, and limitations and because they don’t realize that God wants them set free!

The honest reality?  There are people who really choose to remain there because it is comfortable.  There are Churches that want that comfort too.

There is a gathering together with those of like heart and like mind, and like Spirit.

It is important that we must be under the right spirit.  We all must have our own relationship with God and not depend on a leader in any form.

He or she is just one person and there is no way that one can do everything.

There’s bondage in The Church!  People adapt to bondage, but God’s Word is not bound.

When we remove those shackles and chains and get uncomfortable and begin to walk in a new and living way, we will follow in the steps of The LORD whose love is higher than the highest mountain, and deeper than the deepest sea.

He sees you right where you are!

Some people like the limitations of the chain or shackles and it makes them appear as something of worth when all it does is keep you comfortable in mediocrity and false humility.

We must remember that when we feel so alone that we are not alone. We are connected to a larger network called the Church. How we respond to the people in the world we deal with daily can make or break us. It can ruin our witness or break us.

When we are offended God forgives us but with man it is never the same.

However, in Christ I do believe a child of God can forgive and forget.  But it takes time, a lot of patience, work, and love.

Remember the life of King David and the consequences he endured in his family till his dying day.

We must move on regardless.  Yes, there is sorrow, heaviness, and we grieve over a relationship; but God says don’t look back.

When God reveals a sin in us, or others, whom we offended, we are accountable to work on rebuilding ourselves and others.

We are accountable for what we speak and what we let grow in our heart.  We are those lively stones being built into a spiritual house.

We are accountable for what we speak, and it can damage what God wants us to know.

“To whom coming, as unto a living stone, disallowed indeed of men, but chosen of God, an precious yes, also, as lively stones, are built up a spiritual house, an holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices, acceptable to God by Jesus Christ. Wherefore also it is contained in the scripture, Behold, I lay in Sion a chief corner stone, elect, precious: and he that believeth on him shall not be confounded.”   1 Peter 2:4-6 KJV

By our surrender to God and for His help, God can take everything and turn it around for good.

God is merciful but people on the other hand are not.  Pride comes before a fall and a haughty spirit before destruction.

We remember the battles to keep the victories.  There are always reminders when we forget we are headed down a slippery slope.  Our past experiences should teach us and others we know.

Sometimes we are the one the finger is pointed at.  I know for me it is time to do some soul searching for my own life!

Nathan did not enjoy his job, he works for God and his reward for his obedience is to walk closely with The LORD.

Whoever can rejoice over a brother or sister being disciplined is not wise, we need to turn our head away or we can end up the same way of the whipping stick.

The prophet Nathan had to show the King because the King was not listening.

There was now a very heavy price tag attached to his willful sin.

God will let us take charge over our lives and let us experience the consequences of our sin.

Our willful disobedience to God would cause our discipline.  None of us are without sin and especially willful sin.
